Delivery:
Subject to product availability, please allow five to seven business days for
standard delivery. Allow 2 to 3 days for priority delivery. (Priority delivery
cost is the standard delivery plus $14.) PLEASE NOTE: ALASKA & HAWAII ORDERS WILL BE
SHIPPED AT PRIORITY RATE! The chart above is based on standard items and
packaging. Items that are oversized, in large quantities or are extra heavy may
require additional packaging and/or shipping charges and would be billed on a
