If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly replace the merchandise or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price.

All orders with a destination within the Chicago Metropolitan area can be picked up and delivered with the PanVan for a $5.00 fee for processing and no additional shipping charges. PanVan pickups are once a week on Tuesdays. If you will need your order sooner you willl need to choose a different shipping option.

Delivery:
Subject to product availability, please allow five to seven business days for standard delivery. Allow 2 to 3 days for priority delivery. PLEASE NOTE: HAWAII ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED AT PRIORITY RATE!

The chart above is based on standard items and packaging. Items that are oversized, in large quantities or are extra heavy may require additional packaging and/or shipping charges and would be billed on a separate invoice. If overnight shipping is necessary to make an in-hands date for an event, a SECOND NVOICE for freight only may be necessary. International Orders:
Are currently not allowed on the company store.

Duties and Taxes:
Duties and taxes, including goods and services tax (GST) and value-added tax (VAT), may be assessed on the contents of the shipment. Any such charges will be billed to the recipient directly by FedEx.

Exchanges and Returns:
Merchandise returned for exchange or refund will receive our prompt attention. When returning merchandise, please include all original packaging and paperwork you received with your order. For your protection, insure all parcels. For returns, please use the following address:
